1. About us

Maeven Flower is a boutique floral studio operating from Coatbridge, Lanarkshire. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully taken.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. For example, if a product is genuinely unavailable. You'll receive a full refund.

3. Substitutions & seasonal variation

Flowers are a natural product and supply varies week to week. We always honour the palette, style and value of the bouquet shown, but specific stems may be substituted with something of equal or greater quality. If you've requested specific flowers via the special-requests box, we'll contact you if anything cannot be honoured.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available across Lanarkshire and Glasgow, Wednesday to Saturday. Order signature bouquets by 4pm the day before for next-day delivery. If no one is home, we'll leave with a neighbour or in a safe location and send a photo, or arrange redelivery. Full details on the Delivery page.

5. Returns & cancellations

Because flowers are perishable and made to order, the standard 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once an order has been dispatched. You may amend or cancel your order free of charge up to 4pm the day before the scheduled delivery date. After that, cancellation may not be possible as flowers will already have been prepped.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be heard in the Scottish courts.
